Improve Automation & Safety with Welding Safety Curtains

Keep employees safe by installing the new Slimline automated barrier door at robotic welding applications. The Slimline helps eliminate weld flash and flying debris and prevents entry into the machine area.

With speeds of 40" per second, the Slimline is able to open in 1-2 seconds for most applications. Barrier bars or tabs provide up to 250 pull out force for barrier protection. Category 4 non-contact safety switches provide safe and accurate communication between the door and controls to provide assurance that Slimline guard is in the down position before welding can start. A physical barrier, speed, and safety make the Slimline the most complete product for robotic safety.
